I haven't watched a comprehensive amount of his films, but of what I have seen my top 5 would be: The Adventures of Tintin West Side Story Saving Private Ryan Jurassic Park The Fabelmans

I would personally substitute Close Encounters for Batteries Not Included, but agree completely with the rest.

Without doing any research I’ll already agree on 1-4. Never saw close encounters

Jurassic Park E.T. Close Encounters of the Third Kind Raiders of the Lost Ark Hook

Jurassic Park Adventures of Tintin Raiders Jaws Catch me if you can

In my eyes his "underrated" but probably one of his best (and that's saying something:) Minority Report Then: Jurassic Park Saving Private Ryan Lost Ark and Hook (although this is nostalgia and its a harder watch than I remember)

Jaws Raiders of the Lost Ark Jurassic Park Saving Private Ryan Bridge of Spies

Jurassic Park Catch Me If You Can Last Crusade Saving Private Ryan ET

Honorable mention: the episode he directed for Columbo -- which is the first true episode of the show: "Murder By the Book." Fun fact: He was 24 when he directed this & Columbo (the show) goes on to pay homage to him in several other episodes.

Duel is AMAZING! I don’t remember how I first came across it but I show it to every friend of mine who likes movies and it never fails to impress.

Catch Me If You Can ET AI Raiders of the Lost Ark Jurassic Park I have some big holes in my watch history to fill though.

Jurassic Park E.T. Hook Private Ryan Indy & the Last Crusade Not gonna lie, this list is mostly driven by childhood nostalgia (you'll never guess which one isn't) rather than adult rewatching or preferences.

Could have ordered them to spell SCART

Jaws Close Encounters Jurassic Park Sugarland Express Poltergeist* (if you know you know)

Minority report Jurassic park Fablemans Jaws Schindler’s List Not in order cause how could I ever

Jaws Close Encounters Jurassic Park Last Crusade Saving Private Ryan Big honorable mentions to: The Fablemans ET Hook Catch Me if you Can Dude has so many home runs.

Jaws, Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, A.I., and then like Duel? (If your favorite isn't on this list just assume I haven't seen it, I haven't watched all of his movies)

Jurassic Park Hook Raiders Temple of Doom Catch Me if You Can

Jurassic Park Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade Indiana Jones Saving Private Ryan Hook

Jaws Jurassic Park Last Crusade Schindlers List West Side Story

Hook Close Encounters Raiders Jaws Jurassic Park

Jaws Raiders of the Lost Ark The Color Purple Close Encounters of the Third Kind Empire of the Sun

Minority Report, The Terminal, Raiders, Saving Private Ryan, and probably... Lincoln? I guess?
