If it would just stop stealing everyone's art, poisoning neighborhoods, and burning the planet, I'll do that. Until then I think I'm a smidge entitled to tell it to fuck off whenever I see it.

I want Gen AI to cease to exist entirely so reacting with maximum vitriol is the only correct response because then maybe the next loser who thinks about doing something like this remembers how everyone hated it when the last loser did it and then maybe just doesn't.

That would be the correct course of action if it was simply a movie that has content you find offensive, but not about using a technology that is harmful from end to everyone except the stakeholders. We have a moral obligation to advocate against a job-killing work-stealing energy-wasting monster.

The amazing thing to me is how these guys spend so much time looking at fake stuff they forget what the real world looks like, release something everyone else can tell instantly is AI, and are bewildered at the backlash.

Well that's depressing. I hope he was paid a sufficient amount of millions by whatever AI company to be worth it for him to end his career.

I made it 5 seconds in - London wouldn't have a traffic lane on the right, a traffic light is showing red and green at the same time, and a cyclist completely vanishes in the middle of a junction... Tried again - the military part feels like a below average Call of Duty cut scene.

Yeah, people in this thread are winning every single day with their Luddite politics. Ai keeps regressing in capability, importance, and investiments. Oh no, actually, it is the exact opposite, and you all just look increasingly silly.

Holy god, this shit is embarrassing. I can't believe they thought this was ready for release. The myriad uncaught mistakes/hallucinations and Tommy Wiseau level continuity errors should have been ironed out before this ever saw the light of day. Had to repost to add the obvious: fuck AI and LLMs

The title on YouTube says "fully AI", using actors likenesses and voices, but it's unclear whether those actors voice acted their lines, or provided samples for AI voicing. There's also a human editor credited, and it feels like surely there are uncredited people for music and other audio?
