Ossoff: "The crisis we must meet is deeper than this presidency. Trump's rise is proof that business as usual has failed, that our politics, sickened by corruption, is failing the American public and compromising our national integrity. And that the hour is late to fix what's broken."

He isn't wrong. USA is not coming back from this after the garbage with Ukraine, Canada and Greenland. All of this clown show did for the past decade was show the cracks and the weakness the United States has and they are bleeding. It's time for a new and fuck all of you! The rest of us are done.

exactly and this speaks to the dream I had just a few days ago I am spiritual and can sense things more sensitively ever since I was little I was able to see future events I saw congress empty there was only a few people in there from the angle I saw I think I was in the senate all the seats

This is what trump does best, leave chaos and corruption all while trashing great relationships because his main focus is money....his.

Like FUCK YEA this is 💯 the approach we ALL have to have. Power in numbers. I am 63 and have lived a great privileged life in this country. I will put my life on the line for my two daughters to have the same life. BRING IT.....

Gah damn, he is KILLING it. He is going to be able to be reluctantly dragged into the 2028 primary because people are gonna fucking DEMAND he do it.

Ossoff has integrity & says he wants to finish his next term (which is admirable), but the situation reminds me of Dick Durbin telling Obama, who was hesitant about the timing of a run, "I don't think 10,000 more votes in the Senate qualifies you for president. I think you bring something to this."

The difference is Obama was basically guaranteed to be replaced by a Democrat and that’s very much not the case in Georgia. If the Dems have 54 or more votes in the Senate next year then maybe it’s worth the risk, but not if they have 52 and one of them is Fetterman.

he pledged to serve out his term if re-elected to the senate. going back on his word wouldn't do him any favors. senate majority leader. that's where he's needed most in the near term.

. "In total, the collective Trump family has become between $5.5 billion and $6 billion richer since Donald Trump secured and entered his second presidential term." . "You can't get rich in politics unless you're a crook." ~~~~ Harry S. Truman ~~~~ .

Good stuff, but don't neglect the fact that the American public is broken too. We're the electorate that willfully ushered in this nightmare.

Indeed, the problem is deeper than Trump. Allowing policies that boost business and produce monopolies is destroying the middle class. Essentials like housing, healthcare, utilities, insurance, food and childcare are getting harder to afford except for the wealthy. Others must choose and prioritize.

The bug isn't in the presidency; it's in the operating system. We’re trying to patch a legacy codebase of 18th-century governance with 21st-century chaos and wondering why the whole UI is glitching.

History books will either mark the Trump era as the moment the US woke up and re-wrote sections of the Constitution to mature as a nation. OR The beginning of the end. Not because of Trump, but because the system allowed a Trump and nobody corrected it. All trust has been obliterated.

Just a few things the USA accepts: 1. Billionaires are not paying taxes. 2. No universal healthcare. 3. Mass shootings as normal. 4. Corrupt politicians. 5. Police control by fear. How can anyone think it's the greatest country on Earth?

For the record: Russia invaded in Feb 2022. Diesel peaked that summer. Ukraine’s ‘Refinery Bingo’ began in Jan 2024, before Donald Trump's second term. Today’s prices are mainly down to Trump's war causing Iran to stymie the Hormuz, not Kyiv, whatever Benedict Arnold Trump claims. Timelines matter.

The succession of Reagan > Bush > Clinton > Bush > Obama > Trump > Biden > Trump is proof that business as usual has failed. Ossoff offers a new variant of "not Trump". Conservatives, whether Dem or GOP, do not change.

Well, we don’t have a choice! The best way to start is to get rid of Trumps and also get control of Congress. Both seem to be doable at this moment in time!

Amen. Let's get it done. And unerringly move to 'reform' the nation, starting simultaneously with -SCOTUS -hogtying the Epstein Class of billionaires -prosecuting fascists -rooting out Trumpistic corruption run amok.

"There is nothing so delightful as the hearing, or the speaking of truth. For this reason, there is no conversation so agreeable as that of the man of integrity, who hears without any intention to betray, and speaks without any intention to deceive." ~ Plato

The reason our politics is corrupt is bc corporations have been allowed to get too big and oligarchs have been allowed to get too rich. That much money & power can't help wanting to take over. The fix isn't to regulate them. The fix is to break them up and tax them out of existence.

"Our task is not just to contain this wickedness but to repair the brokenness beneath it. "That this moment is not an opening for restoration but for reformation." Ossoff is presently the strongest, clearest, most consistent voice on the difficult but determined path that lies ahead for America.

The DNC and big party donors are already setting up for failure by pimping guys like Rahm Emanuel and Pete Buttigieg, but Jon Ossoff has to be the 2028 Democratic Party nominee for president. As things stand today, nominating anybody else would be political malpractice.

Amidst the political turmoil in the United States, it is believed that a leader will emerge—someone who is ready to seize this opportunity and campaign to become the next president. And that leader might just be Jon Ossoff.

And politicians who willingly bend to the will of one criminal president, while ignoring the Constitution & will of the people, need to be expelled & put on trial for treason. Listening, Mike Johnson?

"Our politics, sickened by corruption..." How about, instead of both-side-sing the "corruption," you point the finger where it *really* belongs, which is the party that sold their soul to Epstein's wingman? Once again, not impressed by Ossoff.

No. They’re spending over a billion dollars in Georgia trying to defeat Ossoff. They’re failing. Miserably. That election (and the Talarico one) need to provide them with object lessons as to the LIMITS of what money can buy. Americans need to slap Republicans down in both those races SO HARD…

…that the billionaire class feels it like a swift kick to the nads with pointed, steel-toed cowboy boots. I want to see BOTH those men win by 15 point margins. Their victories must be brutal, absolute, and unquestionable. GET IT DONE, ‘MERICA. 🇺🇸 🗽 🌊

It seems like we have a deep and exciting bench for the first time in almost 2 decades… is this feeling.. hope?

Ossoff voted for the Laken Riley act which gave these nazis the power to do the shit theyre doing now. He is the godfather of the new gestapo. He had a chance to disavow it and refused. Ossoff talks a big game while being the person causing the problem

Ossoff says he's not running for president in 2028. He will run. The pressure for him to step up will be enormous and he won't be able to tamp it down. There comes a time when a man (or woman) meets a moment, and 2028 is his moment. And he will win. Bookmark this.

Yah. I totally get you. I mostly think we're fucked. Small track: some small states are passing legislation to limit PAC spending in elections. Big track: in polls, most voters of any party want money out of politics. The willpower is there. Good news. Bad news? Those w/ the money are determined

I'm skeptical. Sounds like political rhetoric to me. Just another middle aged white guy climbing the ladder to the perks. I hope I'm wrong but, at 67, what I've studied, seen, and experienced has jaded me.

This has the real ring of truth. One thing that stands out when observing American politicians is how many of them become millionaires on government salaries. Obviously some were wealthy before government service but an awful lot seem to have got their snouts in the trough.

A guy like this should be president- not a con artist in nappies who seeks only to enrich himself.

Agreed. But it's not just the politics that have failed the people... It's the media — and proliferation of misinformation, more broadly. 24/7 news media has to make $$$. So inherent entertainment value must be baked in. That's the start of the problem. But media manipulation is a huge problem.

Legacy media got away for too long serving the oligarchy's shadowy power structure (the only Deep State that is real). Now would be a good time to throw the oligarchs and tech billionaires to the lions.

He doesn’t seem to actually support many progressive policies so I hope he doesn’t run or have a leadership position but he’s got good rhetorical skills

Jon Ossoff speaks eloquently about the current state of our democracy and our task at hand. He supports policies that reflect the needs of the American people at large and unites us. His message is able to mobilize us like no other. He makes us feel "heard" and should run for president in 2028.

If a true POTUS gets elected the work to fix The Orange Virus’ fuck ups will happen quickly. It will be something no one has ever seen before - because it’s never been as bad as it is right now in 2026 and obviously a few previous years.
