The Blood of Dawnwalker has really pulled me in. I'm really, really digging the setting, narrative, and music. There's some not so great things here and there (30FPS cutscenes & oversharpening fixed by mods already; stick input jank), but nothing that's going to stop me from continuing to play more.

An 86MB update needing upwards of 20 minutes to update because of Unreal Engine's absolute GARBAGE patching system. Have I said lately how much I hate Unreal Engine? Because man, I sure hate Unreal Engine.

Since my internet was down literally the entire day until 40 minutes ago, I had plenty of time to finish The Sinking City 2. I really liked this. There were some absolutely brutal sections though. I still HIGHLY recommend this one. Just understand it plays a lot different from the first game.

Top priority should have been to work on Horizon 3 after the second mainline game shipped and THEN do this "smaller" side project after that shipped. Absolute buffoonery from Sony management for years now.

On a whim, I installed The Sinking City 2 tonight. Don't sleep on this one. It's part Resident Evil remasters and part Dead Space, and obviously part Lovecraft. Started it tonight and next thing I know 3 hours have flown by. Really, really enjoyable so far.
