Obvious electoral rake-stepping aside, at what point is anyone going to acknowledge that young men are not “locked out” of the economy by some nefarious entity (women), they are literally feeding all of their disposable income into the gaping maw of sportsbetting apps. It’s actually quite simple.
Frustrated younger, male voters feeling locked out of the economy and diminishing opportunities are rapidly abandoning the Republican coalition, or straight up opting out of political action altogether
not the point but, like, if you properly fund libraries they can have more senior programs!
six months ago when i heard all the local seniors arguing against an updated library by insisting they needed that money for a senior center instead i was like wtf but i have now come full circle. we need the senior center to keep them off the internet

Lukewarm take: Mo developing into a consistent 20-25 min a night guy is critical for the Knicks to repeat because it’s the only way to ensure OG, Hart, and Mikal get enough rest to stay fresh all year.
As for my son Mo Diawara, he lost his rotation spot last season because his 3p shooting crashed back to Earth. I think it affected his confidence. He missed all his 3s last night, but he looked good at the rim, which would be a big improvement. And he was flying around on D like last year.
We went to Wrigley (and got the obligatory first time certificates) this year and I was shocked at how few hot dog stands they had
three things i didn’t like about the 2026 cubs 🚮 the bullpen 🌭 that wrigley has fewer grilled hot dog/polish stands than in the past. made for some long lines. dump the auto concession stands 🏟️ perpetually aggrieved cubs fans

“Hey remember how things in Texas have gotten significantly worse over the past 30 years? A bunch of guys responsible for that like me!!!”
BREAKING: 20+ Republican leaders just endorsed our campaign for US Senate. We’re bringing Texans together onto one team to take power back for working people. Because the real fight in this country isn't left versus right — it's top versus bottom.
Hey this response actually sucks @ginafortexas.bsky.social. If you’re not willing to defend trans rights what else will you back down as governor?
Gina Hinojosa responds to Greg Abbott's ads hitting on her votes on transgender people by saying "My pronouns are mom/Texan and soon-to-be governor." www.youtube.com/watch?v=8u1g...

I do think this will help to explain to people why you can’t argue with Christian fascists. They fundamentally don’t care if they’re monsters because of some half cocked ends justifies the means fire and brimstone ideology.
Vance: I'm trying to focus on doing as much of God's work as possible. And if that leads to the end times, okay
Cool situation where I basically have to build it into my weekly routine to confirm I’m still registered to vote
The GOP is an anti-democracy party. They are the voter suppression party. They cannot keep themselves in office fairly and according to democratic principles. BREAKING: Texas suspends more than 1 million voter registrations ahead of midterm elections.

Inarguably the worst of the Great Lakes. The best part of it is the Canadian side of Niagara Falls that everyone thinks is the entire falls. So weak that it justified the short lived disgrace of calling Lake Champlain a Great Lake.
it's not the most egregious problem obviously but Lake Ontario has maybe the fourth best case to be "Lake America" of the Great Lakes
Or, more accurately: Former mediocre NBA player attends W game to cause a scene and accelerate his right wing grift game, Natasha Cloud tells him to shut the fuck up
Former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom was escorted out of Wintrust Arena on Sunday evening after Chicago Sky guard Natasha Cloud confronted him at his courtside baseline seat.

Jon Ossoff tells Lawrence O’Donnell: “It’s been amazing to watch this White House melt down over this all week. And about Natalie Harp, these White House staffers are adults — public officials, paid by the taxpayer, with immense power in positions of public trust… No one cares about their feelings.”
