I think a crisp sandwich has to be about the crisps, too much dressing or other filling and you just have a sandwich with crisps in. For this years #CrispSandwichDay I have gone all Francais, with 2 flavours of Brets and complementary cheese slice and mustard garnish. Bon Appetit!
