Got my server rack models mostly set up! Combined them all onto one texture set and the back of the model is identical across variations so I can now just swap out the meshes whenever I want a new variation Couple more variations I need to bake hence the big gap in the textures #gamedev #GameArt

Today at HQ, we had special guests from Microsoft leadership. We refuse to let executives forget what game studios are actually made of: their workers. As welcome gift, we placed hundreds of flags outside, honoring all of the game workers who have been laid off by Microsoft in 2026 (so far).
