One way to make the cost of college cheaper would be to limit the copyright on a textbook to 15 years. We literally have billion dollar companies that just acquired the copyright to a textbook and never maid the textbook itself.

Football (soccer) should seriously reconsider the red card rule It is such a penalty that you have the whole sport bent towards trying to get a person on the opposing team a red card. Every infraction the player exaggerates contact and his teammates run to the ref demanding a card is shown

Change to the rule player has to leave the match and another player can be subbed in ten minutes or after the team with the man advantage scores a goal whichever is first
