Been running the TRMNL OG on my desk for a few weeks now. The e-ink refresh rates and contrast are solid, and the battery life is holding up great. Really enjoying the open architecture—super clean integration via API/webhooks and dead easy to build custom plugins for. @trmnl.com

Picked up the new Sticky e-ink device from @seeedstudio.com and am giving @trmnl.com a shot. Just did basic plugins until I have time to look into building my own.

I finally got my #TRMNL-X and it just worked out of the box 🙌🏽 As weird as it may sound, the highlight of the show is the weighted magnetic 🧲 USB-C cable. I don't recall seeing this quality cable bundled with any products. Never giving up on this cable 😆 Kudos to @trmnl.com team for delivering it!

In case I haven’t mentioned it until now, I spend disproportionate amount of money on single-purpose devices. It’s one of my guilty pleasures. Not all are great, but it’s refreshing to see something on the market that doesn’t intend to suck your attention non-stop.

In the end, I got my #TRMNL working, and it is great, but along the way, I got a lesson in COSS value. Their license is cheaper than the new monitor and therapy, that anymore #YAML was going to cause. So, of course, I am writing an article about the fun.

Over 15 installs for the WMATA commute tracker, and over 30 (+10 installs over the past week) for the flight tracker! Building for @trmnl.com has been an immense pleasure. Just excited and happy to see people using the service.
