lj;sdlfjslkjflsjfsdkjf Cute A****** is my nurse this evening kill me

The final proofread of the Petty Project is complete. Next week I’ll set a release date and do a cover and blurb reveal.

as a queer writer, I include "unnecessary" gay sex because it's hot, but also because every large media house is desperate to try and remove the homosexual activity from any piece of media they can. It's my duty to make it as structurally-integral as possible.

Someone just called me an "emotional arsonist" and it's the first time I've smiled all day.

Mayor Mamdani walked into the control center, made a quick bow to Mecca, and turned to his squad of extremely sexy and very online leftist influencers. "Status," he quietly ordered, curling his upper lip in a very hot and intimate Muslim way. "We've targeted all the billionaires," a leftist cooed.

...madre de fucker, Cute A****** just walked in on me stuffing my face with zero sugar cookies and sugar-free root beer. Not the best impression. Though I did get to startle him by testing out my Vietnamese, and then he tried to impress me with his (awful) French.

Maybe I've been out of the loop because I've spent the last year in a rehab center recovering from a stroke and I'm not on socials much, but...this is the first time I've ever seen a post ratioed on Bluesky. Did you get the attention you farmed for?

Hey hey now, I had a massive stroke and I'm still hugely leftist. I think Fetterman was just a douchewaffle all along; he just shows it now.

....well that's enough internet for the rest of my fucking life.

...I hate the technocrat class but they may actually hate us even more

I like Ed Sheeran being like "I never spoke about politics. Because my music is about unity, not division" and then the music is like "la la la la I want to touch your body wow. sexy crazy body wow"

Me: Oh god, A***** is my nurse tonight. Friend: Cute A*****? Me: -_- Yes, Cute A******. Fuck, gotta go, he needs to flush my peg tube. Me: *leaves the computer* Me: *accidentally leaves the WhatsApp convo window up where Cute A***** can see it* Me: *thanks FUCK A***** forgot his glasses today*

I have always said and will always say Free Palestine, and I'm so fucking proud to see so many artists acting on their principles and choosing to stand for Palestine rather than participate in Sheeran's completely non-neutral silence.

The Pitch Black petty project has a complete first draft coming in at just over 25K.

gurl you gettin your arse beat in the QTs and you deserve it

oh my god I'm finally getting to my email and finding out some very talented goddamn artists read my books, like, the CI fanart is *magnificent*

This is the company that chopped down the DC cherry trees against court order. I made a Google review and you can, too! rtectreecare.com

*points at the Grim Reaper* Oi. Your aim really SUCKS this week. Pull yourself together, man.

And now Tim Curry. How are we supposed to breathe when everything beautiful keeps dying?

A world without Dolly is no world at all. We can only honor her by trying collectively to be as good, as wonderful as she was all on her own.

Something which keeps me awake at night is that im not nearly smart enough for this many people to be stupider than me

The new story idea dragged more words out of me in one sitting than I’ve managed in weeks. I’m hopeful I might be turning a productivity corner.

Food is too expensive & gross

This is why I’ll always support Luigi.

Introduce yourself as what almost killed you. Hi, I'm the blood clot that started in Cole's leg before taking a little vacation up into his brain!

"It’s not just the USS Lincoln that should return home. All the troops deployed to Trump’s misbegotten and mismanaged war should return. And their commanders and nominal “leaders”—from Trump to Pete Hegseth to Daryl Caudle to Hung Cao—should be held accountable." www.thebulwark.com/p/the-troops...

Curious if we're going to see any significant blowback in congressional districts with large military bases. The stories their families have been getting about the Hegseth Era can't be good.

I got to read the first scene of this this morning, and it is *fabulous.*

...if I have to write an entire damned book called Pitch Black while exhausted inside this rehab center I'm gonna be mad as hell

I PASSED MY SWALLOW STUDY! Turns out this was the big one, too, not just 1 of 2 - so now they'll take 10 days for observation while I transition to food, and then we'll schedule surgery to take this feeding tube out. ^_^ *ecstatic noises* And last night? Unbroken sleep! Finally!

Today's the 1st anniversary of surviving the stroke that nearly killed me. I'm still in rehab, still relearning how to walk, but I'm doing a lot better and close to getting out. Details on what happened and the future of Criminal Intentions now in my FAQ: blackmagicblues.com/faq/

I JUST WALKED Five fucking months and I was finally able to shuffle across a room under my own power, albeit with a walker (I'm sorry I haven't answered comments or finished posting what happened with the stroke--cross-posting to socials still takes a lot out of me.)

I am so fucking tired of nearly dying every other day and no I will *not* be some smiling positive inspo martyr about it, I am angry and I can't walk and I WANT OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL BED

(hi, not dead, not okay but I will be, problem with access to my anti-inflammatories that keep me functional but is getting sorted + dead laptop, do not have the spoons for anything else and sorry if anyone thought I was ignoring them, my tank is on zero--back when I can be)

it has not even been a MONTH since "Freydis Moon is actually Brooklyn Ray brownfishing FOR THE SECOND TIME," can we not get a MINUTE of daylight between that and "James Somerton faked his own suicide then posted balls and hole on his alt the same day"

I was going to say every time I try to move my body gets all "fuck you, I'm a dragon" but honestly that would be worth the pain if I were currently transmuting into a dragon vs. what I actually am: a sack of angry bones that don't want to work properly anymore

god, why do heating pads feel so amazingly good
