Yeah. There's so much lore that's been spun off and changed that Medusa has been a Gorgon the whole time. I'm a fan of the idea of different types of Gorgons, like stone, candy, latex, plastic. Each having different looks. (doll joints, latex hair, sour gummy hair etc.)

Cockatrice, Basilisk, Gorgon, Medusa. I love reading the different headcanons for these creatures, how their powers work, etc. Personally, I go by nethack rules. Medusa is A gorgon. Cockatrice petrifies by touching, basilisk has a stare, like Medusa.

They remain convinced that if they are in charge everything will go back to “normal”. Their “Normal” is what got Trump elected and they can’t fathom that the next Trump might be a more competent version. They’re slapping you in the face while saying “at least we’re not punching you in the gut too.”

I hope the democrats win big in the midterms. And then I hope every establishment and centrist Dem gets primaried into oblivion at the first opportunity. Being better than the GOP on *some* issues needs to stop being the entire pitch and become the less than bare fucking minimum it is.
