next rev of the @telepath.computer Alto personal computer: the Mark II. new specs include dual DGX Sparks, a raptor lake i5 for the harness, and a CB-style mic for voice control. currently serving GLM 5.3 Flash, which runs Television just as well as regular GLM 5.3 does. having a blast with this.

Television 1.5 gives each artifact its own little data store, that agents can post and subscribe to. This means all your artifacts are natively interactive — and TV feels a little less like a window manager, and a little more like a computer.

Television is a beautiful workspace for your artifacts. I use it every day to plan my life, build projects, and accumulate knowledge. Now available for all to try (and open source): television.run

TELEVISION is now open source & available to everyone. it's like ChatGPT Space but runs on your agent & any model. we’ve been cooking and testing with alpha users, excited to finally share it. we think a new kind of personal computer is coming; TV is our first step towards that goal. television.run

Introducing Television, the missing GUI for personal agents. Television is a visual workspace for you and your agent, and our first step toward a new interface paradigm for agentic computers. Now accepting alpha users, open source soon.

But today’s agent interfaces still feel stuck in the MS-DOS era. That’s why we made Television. It gives agents shared screens where they can create visual HTML artifacts: dashboards, editable documents, research views, coding tools, tiny apps, and whatever else the task calls for.

We think this points toward a broader shift in software. Fixed apps give way to reusable skills. Those skills generate interfaces on the fly, shaped around the user and the task instead of the other way around.

For a while, we’ve been predicting a new kind of personal computer: one that adapts to the user, and trades fixed apps for generative, personalized interfaces. Personal agents like OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, and Codex are the first glimmers of that future.

We just released Stash — fast local-first folder sync across your devices & agents. It's backed by GitHub, with more storage providers coming. We've been using this internally to keep notes, docs, and skills in sync across computers, team members, and remote agents. Now available on npm.

I was already curious about where Telepath was headed. After talking with Rupert and @stlhood.bsky.social, I am now excited.

Hey obsidian users! if you—like me—outsource a significant part of your mind to notes, I'm making something you might find interesting. Reply/message me if you want to beta test it
