We were once at a cross roads where, in theory, we could have ended up in a Star Trek future. So it's not just nostalgia. It's active rage at what we have likely lost because society decided to celebrate willful ignorance instead of educating people & stopping bad actors. We ALLOWED this.

The cruel irony is that Trump will likely use his war with Iran as a pretext to further suppress dissent at home. We must resist his efforts to stifle freedom of speech, make warrantless searches and arrests of Americans, and put more military onto our streets.
