After Effects done by this bitch right here. Examined examples I downloaded from Motion Array and learned how they worked: tore them apart, looked up what different effects do, remixed and added my own little bits like spectrum/waveform. Graphics are modular/reusable for any voice over we need.

I went down a leech hole… not like that. #podcast #science #womeninstem Huyen describes what 3AM leech research (leech-search? lee-search?) is like. Luckily it wasn't a hole full of leeches… or a leech's hole… eugh. youtube.com/shorts/XDnZA...

Excited for our October episode of @technicaltea.show. It has EVERYTHING: great theming, make-up + costumes, spooky AND hilarious AND interesting info, very EXTRA graphics that apparently trip the "this was generated by AI" on IG but really made manually by ME. Subscribe on your podcatcher or YT.

WIRED asked 634 women what they really think about working in tech. They told us about harassment, bias, unequal treatment, and the everyday indignities that still shape life in the industry. 🔗 www.wired.com/story/women-...

We're live recording our October episode Monday morning at 9AM ET and the theme is tech vampires and science zombies! To stay on the theme of doing weird makeup, let's see if I (Niki) can zombify myself with this palette 🧟‍♀️

AI is poop

Dr. Headbutt 🌈🧪@nicoleackermans.com

This is my current solution. It translates to "AI is poop!" Except it rhymes. @sarahmackattack.bsky.social taught me that protest stickers don't have to be professional! Imma stick these bad boys all over these slop fliers

Episode 2 is live! Why do we name birds, telescopes, and principles after people? The good, the bad, the weird. Is there Death of the Author for Eponyms? Why infinitely optimizing (and going over the speed limit) may not work. Here's a clip youtube.com/shorts/ZuBYr...

youtube.comWhen women's anatomy is named after men… #science #stem #womeninstem #biologyShould we continue using eponymous terms for anatomy especially when it means our female anatomy are named after their male "discoverers?" Please don't put a flag on my Fallopian tubes. ---- Hosted…

Our episodes come out every first Monday of the month. We recorded episode 2 a little while ago, which just means we are struggling to keep all the excitement in for when you get to hear it next week!
