🚨The Subvisual Content Hub is up 🚨 You can find it here 👉 content.subvisual.com We’ve been working on this for a while. Here’s where you’ll be able to find case studies, blogs, podcasts, talks, and every single piece of content we make going forward. Details below ⬇️

Most people building an agent teach it what to do. Manuel Pina spent most of his time teaching Tally's agent when to stop and escalate to a human instead of guessing. Watch the full conversation 👉 buff.ly/aHPVWaC #intelligenceseries #artificialintelligence #aiagents #aiadoption

1/ SubSocial started as a sketch. Before any code, there was a plan, a design system, and an early lesson: building inside a chat wasn't working.

2/ Then it went online, broke a few times, and got rebuilt at our summer retreat. Now it feeds itself. Full article 👉 buff.ly/kJwB9Jc #ai #claudecode #internaltools #socialmedia #marketinganalytics

A person's bad decision is contained. João Moreira: the moment it goes agentic, an agent running thousands of decisions an hour on bad data compounds that damage exponentially. Watch: buff.ly/aHPVWaC #intelligenceseries #aicompliance #fintech #aiagents

Did you know MiCA exists because of Facebook? Libra never launched, but Europe wrote the rules first. Seven years later, MiCA is the only legal way to provide crypto services in the EU. João Zamith on how it got written → buff.ly/4JoZhoz #mica #stablecoins #regulation #crypto #web3

Nine platforms used to mean nine dashboards and weeks-old insights. Now it’s one: SubSocial, the dashboard Mariana built without being a developer. Most platforms feed it on their own. Read the full article 👉 buff.ly/ldgYtAY #socialmedia #analytics #internaltools

Rui Sousa's pipeline can write the code, run the checks, and review its own pull requests. A person still decides what ships. Read how it’s built on the Content Hub → buff.ly/d6YqTqE #agenticworkflows #ai #softwaredev

Full autonomy sounds like the finish line for AI. Filipe Pereira says it should not be: underneath the reasoning, a model is just matching patterns in context, not thinking, and that can be pushed off course. Watch: buff.ly/hyaiZyQ #intelligenceseries #artificialintelligence #aiagents #aiadoption

Tech La∩ds #3 done. Great discussion on AI, two lightning talks, and good conversation throughout. Thank you to everyone who came. See you at the next one. #techlands #portugal #tech #ai

At Subvisual, people build the tools they need. This time, it was our Brand & Marketing Specialist. Mariana isn't a developer, but he built our social media dashboard with Claude and help from one of our developers. The full story, hiccups included 👉 buff.ly/ldgYtAY #ai #claudecode #socialmedia

AI provider pricing does not stay flat. Manuel Pina builds Tally on top of that uncertainty, and his fix is simple: put a buffer in your P&L before the swing becomes a crisis. Watch: buff.ly/hyaiZyQ #intelligenceseries #artificialintelligence #aiadoption #startups

We joined Tesser at day zero. No product, no screens, just an idea. The design challenge: make dense information feel clear and navigable. New post on Dribbble 👉 buff.ly/TjlXhCx #productdesign #ux #fintech #web3

Tech Lands #3 is tomorrow! Join us for an evening of lightning talks, open discussions, and networking. Still time to RSVP 👉 luma.com/1brk459u

1/ The calendar labels in me.subvisual finally reached the pipeline. @rccsousa uses that card to show what the review stage is for and what it costs.

2/ What the reviewer found, what a similar change gets today, and the one rule that sits under all of it. Read the full piece on the Content Hub → buff.ly/d6YqTqE #agenticworkflows #ai #softwaredev

The question that caught Pedro Oliveira, developer at Subvisual, sideways was an exceedingly easy one: how do you add a new recorder? He couldn't walk them through it. Full piece on the Content Hub → buff.ly/lpXjg56

Episode 2 of The Intelligence Series is live! We're talking directly with the people building, deploying, and regulating AI. This time: Manuel Pina, Filipe Pereira, and João Moreira on why liability cannot be delegated to software. Watch: buff.ly/LJL5fbi #artificialintelligence #aiagents #fintech

Oktogon's founder Filipe Pinheiro: the speed companies could get from agentic systems often gets slowed by people overreacting, not the tech. Episode one is live: buff.ly/vr7KAJV. Another conversation drops this week. #intelligenceseries #aicompliance #fintech #subvisual #aiagents

Rui Sousa drew the map for his agentic pipeline: same gate for every card in, a draft for every change out, and a merge step that never changes hands. See the full route on the Content Hub → buff.ly/b3aJN8Z #agenticworkflows #ai #softwaredev

If you use two levers to push the same obstacle, it won't move. Álvaro Bezerra on why knowing where to point your AI leverage matters more than having it. Watch the full conversation: buff.ly/vr7KAJV #intelligenceseries #artificialintelligence #aiadoption #subvisual #futureofwork

More important than reading is being critical about what you're reading. That's the real go/no-go factor with AI, according to Álvaro Bezerra, PM at Subvisual. It's how he sums up "A PM's Guide to AI": buff.ly/71uKEaz #productmanagement #aiproduct #criticalthinking

Thank you to everyone who joined us for DSPT's 10-Year Meetup last Wednesday! Special thanks to Margarida Lobato Costa from Cegid and Pedro Costa from Condukt for their insightful talks. See you at the next one? 👀

me.subvisual's calendar labels were barely visible. The fix was two CSS classes. It sat untouched for months. Rui Sousa built something with three ways of saying no and a merge button no agent ever touches. Read how it works → buff.ly/b3aJN8Z #agenticworkflows #ai #softwaredev

September recap is up. Two events. Four pieces on the Content Hub. The Intelligence Series launched. October: Tech Lands #3 on the 14th and Ep.02 of The Intelligence Series on agentic systems at scale. Full breakdown in the carousel 👇 #subvisual #AI #web3

Just one week to go until the Tech Lands arrives at our office for the 3rd time. Whether you're AI-curious or an AI expert, or simply curious and care about technology and meeting interesting people, this is the place for you! Take a look at the agenda, RSVP, and submit a talk 👉 luma.com/1brk459u

As a human, I cannot say the agent made this decision, so it's not my fault. That's not exactly how it works. João Moreira gives his take on keeping a human in the loop. Episode one is live: buff.ly/pAs3AeH. Another conversation is coming soon. #intelligenceseries #ai #subvisual

DSPT Braga is tomorrow! Still time to grab your spot 👉 tinyurl.com/296nzwua

We’re hosting DSPT’s 10-Year Meetup in Braga next Wednesday! Join Margarida Lobato Costa and Pedro Costa for an evening all about Braga’s AI and data community. 📅 September 30 🕕 18:00–20:30 📍 Subvisual — Pólo de Negócios de Braga 🎫 RSVP: buff.ly/2s9otQg

The job's essence hasn't changed. Everything sitting underneath it has. Álvaro Bezerra breaks down 4 things that shifted: documentation is free now, AI has to be trained like an apprentice, speed isn't the same as direction, and the human still has to know exactly where to stand: buff.ly/OHTuPMD

1/ A service we built with AI assistance shipped fast and tested clean until a routine onboarding question broke our confidence in it. Six months later, we went back.

People ask constantly what's actually changing about product management right now. Most answers are either hype or panic, a tool list or a warning. Álvaro Bezerra, PM at Subvisual, wrote A PM's Guide to AI 👉 buff.ly/OHTuPMD #productmanagement #ai #pmtips

The marketing person isn't just writing articles and retweeting anymore. Alex Myers watches the moment someone starts using AI tools themselves, and the fear of losing a job flips into something else: a bigger scope. Full conversation: buff.ly/BqM6Tgv #artificialintelligence #futureofwork #ai

Where you issue determines which rulebook you're under. The GENIUS Act governs the US, MiCA governs the EU, and several other frameworks largely agree in principle but differ in the details. Part 7 of the Stablecoin Regulation Playbook → buff.ly/t3VYPxl

1/ A routine onboarding question stopped a shipped service cold. The client asked how to add a new recorder. We couldn't answer without pulling up code we barely remembered making.

2/ What we found rewrote how we think about judgment on AI-assisted work. The fix was one rule: nothing ships without an explanation attached. Full piece: buff.ly/cnUMy1Z #software #engineering #ai #productdevelopment

That's a wrap on Coimbra.js September. Thank you to everyone who made it last night! Special thanks to our speakers and The Loop Co. for hosting us. See you at the next one! #coimbrajs #javascript #frontend #webdev #coimbra

Pedro Oliveira shipped a FastAPI service fast. Then a client asked him how to add a new recorder, and he couldn't answer. The speed is real, and it is easy to be dazzled by it. Full article 👉 buff.ly/yGd2Epu #softwareengineering #aicoding #devtools

Coimbra.js is tomorrow! A quick update on the lineup: Alexandre Pinho won't be joining us this time. Bruno Correia is still on for his talk on git worktrees, and we'll close the evening with a roundtable. Still time to grab your spot 👉 luma.com/jghz5yzs #coimbrajs #javascript #frontend #webdev

Three classic stablecoin designs exist, and in 2026 only two are worth your time. Fiat-backed is the common case. The other two come with trade-offs most builders can’t afford. Full breakdown → buff.ly/nzp8CYy

Same closing question, two takes. Alex Myers: Learn AI, or someone who uses it better than you will take your job. But be as human as you can possibly be. Álvaro Bezerra: Always be learning, always be critical. Watch: buff.ly/PCHmh0g #intelligenceseries #ai #subvisual

1/ The token contract is the easy 10%. Compliance, reserves, custody, and tooling make up the other 90%, and you cannot cut corners. Legal classification eats more calendar than you expect. It gates every decision downstream. ↓

2/ The smart-contract work is a fraction of the timeline; reserve, custody, and compliance setup dominate. Start the legal track first. Well-done compliance checks every transaction automatically. Done poorly, it lets bad flows through. Part 7, the final part of the series → buff.ly/nzp8CYy

The Intelligence Series is live. We're talking directly with the people building, deploying, and regulating AI. First up: Alex Myers and Álvaro Bezerra on adopting AI, from planning to governance. Watch: buff.ly/PCHmh0g #intelligenceseries #ai #subvisual

1/ Issuing a stablecoin means putting a token into the world that's redeemable, one-to-one, for something stable, and proving the backing is really there. Minting it is easy. Earning trust is not. This carousel breaks it into seven steps, starting with the model and the jurisdiction.

2/ Reserves have to be real and provable: cash, insured deposits, short-dated Treasuries, held with a custodian who can't touch your funds. The contract system needs access control, supply management, and pause/freeze. Compliance checks every transaction automatically.

3/ Oracles feed reserve data on-chain; monitoring watches it continuously, not quarterly. Redemption: par value, within a defined window, tested as hard as issuance, because that's the path that gets stressed. Part 7 of the Stablecoin Regulation Playbook, written by João Zamith → buff.ly/10eeyn8

Álvaro Bezerra splits AI context by project, then trains it like an apprentice: willing to work a lot, still needs direction. Coming this week: The Intelligence Series. #intelligenceseries #ai #subvisual
