SCOTUS declined to hear Trump’s appeal to E Jean Carroll, leaving permanently intact his obligation to pay Carroll $5M in fines + $100M in jury awards. In other words, SCOTUS upheld that Donald Trump is a rapist. It’s forever in the historical record. Beyond restitution, this demands resignation.
