I think one of the most misunderstood things here is: How damaging a gop win is to the future of leftist ideas. Education defunding. Science defunding. Normalizing right wing ideas. These will have impacts for decades and it's very hard to educate a public that doesn't value education.

The media has a responsibility to not give an authoritarian like Trump space for all the nonsense he says. Because they are legitimising his abuses. Reporting responsibly is a duty. Call him out on his bluff, call him out on his incoherence, call him out on his greed, illegallity and fraud.

Military…follow the Constitution…not the Traitor

As an activist I get whispered questions for my thoughts re: trans athletes in high school competitions. I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts so I may have a civil discussion with midterm voters. Some I speak with are afraid to voice an opinion either way and risk getting bashed.
