I was driving today and saw a woman in the distance on the sidewalk, wearing a bright red dress and posing with her head tilted and her hand on her hip. It was bizarre because she wasn’t moving, and no one else was around. But then I got closer. It was a fire hydrant.

Dreamt an “AI” model named G.A.R.Y. became #1 in the world, even had a commercial with Vin Diesel in Santorini. The model was just a low-poly version of Gary Coleman’s head. You asked him questions and he replied with Animal Crossing noises. Wish I knew what G.A.R.Y. stood for.

It was vitally important to Walmart that I spend an extra penny to achieve free shipping, but then they did things in the least efficient way, even after I requested the items to arrive together To the person who delivered a single candy bar: I’m so sorry

I shouldn’t be surprised, since this happened once before. Ordered 2 video games, they arrived within 30 seconds of each other — the second driver had to wait on the first driver to move their car! Walmart please, we can wait, this is insane

Nintendo sent us an early copy of #Orbitals so we get to have TWO STREAMS today! At 1pm I'm continuing my first playthrough of Zelda: LttP. At 7pm Mal is joining me for the beginning of Orbitals, a co-op adventure inspired by 80's anime. ➡️ twitch.tv/stephengeorg

as long as I live I will continue the tradition of dragging large groups of people to Waffle House at 3AM after these events there’s always a few WaHo newbies and seeing them experience it is just wonderful (also the event was good and everyone was legit great people behind the scenes)

New stress dream unlocked: at the Taco Bell drive-thru with my parents, but their orders are incredibly complex. The dream ends with my mom pulling a coupon for free pasta out of her purse, but it’s dine-in only. Taco Bell honored the coupon anyway. 🙌

Nothing matches the relief of waking up from a school nightmare. A cascading feeling of “oh, that was a dream”, “I’ve been out of school for years”, then the joy of “thank god I’ll never deal with that again”.

“Time goes faster the older you get.” For gamers that’s felt in console releases. Hearing of a potential PS6 is crazy because the PS5 *just* came out. But it didn’t — it’ll be 7 next year! Kid me waited FOREVER for GameCube, and gens were shorter back then. Time is wild, man.

Had a dream the end credits of DBZ episodes each had different music, with a tiny animated music video in the corner. It was sponsored by Yamaha, and “YAMAHA JAM” was onscreen. The song in the dream had a chorus of “pi pi pi COMPUTER, pi pi pi COMPUTER.” Verses were Japanese.

Had a dream I was in a flea market with the Blu-ray box set of the Dick Van Dyke Show in my hand, trying to decide if I wanted to buy it. …but in the dream it was a Western and 59 Seasons long, so I kept thinking, “I know this is good, but man, that’s so much Western.”
