they're still allowing ai art as long as the seller has a "clear creative role" (????????) and discloses it. okay so we're just gonna debate how much prompting counts as being an artist i guess. BUT ALSO every listing needs an unedited photo of the actual item now.

A cynical part of me thinks the only reason these ghouls are pushing the “AI could be conscious rhetoric” is because when it comes to deciding whether humans or data centers should get access to limited energy and water resources, they want ambiguity about why humans should clearly take precedent.
