23 looks good on WordPress. 🎂 Since May 27, 2003, WordPress has been blogging, building, publishing, shipping, translating, theming, plugin-ing, and making the web a little more wonderfully weird. Happy birthday, WordPress. 💙 #WordPress

REMINDER: The best time to DONATE BLOOD is when you don't need it! Donating at the blood bank is just like saving at a regular bank. Whatever you put in now, you can pull from later, for yourself or someone else. Please, I beg of you. The blood bank needs it. Go donate.

Hurricane season nuh done? Rain a fall. Breeze a blow. Place cold. JPS tek weh di light. What di backfoot is going on outside?!?!

I'm glad my short-lived corporate life taught me to get 3 quotes before hiring anybody/buying anything. Because tell me why to get the exact same service installing spec-comparable products range from $152,000 to $321,000? Wah cudda cause dat?!

tbh I don't use Mail or Calendar and think the "apps" direction was a bit of a gaffe, especially considering how different the interfaces and xps feel. Core Notion is stronger w/o 'em. Mail and calendars should've been (could still be!) synced views as demoed in 2022.

The disparate apps will only really have value once they talk, but once they do…💭Let’s hope they make some good progress on this, among all the AI development going on.

Even if AI is "good" (works), I deeply respect the continued work in discernment folks are doing. There's time for it; don't be rushed by Progress. Many think skeptics will regret their skepticism and be "left behind". I think it's okay to be left behind in discovering ethical alignment. No regrets.

I genuinely don't know anything worse than modern-day dancehall music. They really need a different name for it because it cannot compare to the 90s/00s music we called dancehall.

My LinkedIn feed lately: - Use AI! - Don't use AI! - Best tips for using AI! - AI sucks and you're dumb for using it! - AI will save humanity! - Will AI kill us all?!?! I'm so tired LOL.

That female rapper (if you can still call her that) coming out as M*G* is the LEAST surprising thing of 2025. Like girl...what WON'T you do for attention at this point?

You know how you can tell these people aren't actually serious about data? Because they never spend enough time focusing on the data itself - its weak points, blind spots, frames of reference, and general quality. Data isn't neutral, and every data scientist can tell when the data is sick.

Merriam quits the high-stakes world of lexicography to teach at a college in Springfield, MA…where Webster just became the head librarian. She shows him that ‘love’ isn’t that hard to find…if you know where to look it up. “A Merriam Little Christmas 2: Collegiate Edition.”

“Have Yourself A Merriam Little Christmas” Merriam, a career-oriented lexicographer from the city, returns to her small town for the holidays and meets Webster, a ruggedly handsome librarian, who shows her the true DEFINITION of Christmas.

We have a few donations coming in but still a ways to go. Please share with your network! Every bit helps.

Hey guys, my aunt's school in Montego Bay was devastated by Hurricane Melissa. This school is a safe haven for children with special needs and we need your help to rebuild. Every donation counts. Please share! gofund.me/cfc9b618b

If you want a response from me on WhatsApp, don’t message me after hours. Cuz I’ll absolutely check it while half asleep, never reply and go back to bed never remembering a thing.

Speaking of… A year should have 13 months with 4 weeks each and every month should start on a Monday. We can add one clear additional week in Month 13 where needed to catch with the earths revolution or whatever. I’m willing to die on this hill.

"We will call the 12th month of the year 'December'... which means 'tenth month.'"

Only got one BF deal this year… A lifetime Independent Analytics sub to replace my annual Fathom sub. Nicely rounds out my core unltd lifetime Wordpress design + mtce tool stack to minimize overheads and maximize future profits. What did you get? #wordpress #blackfriday

I love love love Rihanna. Down bad. But I’m also a creature of habit, so it’s taken me a long time to break from my routine makeup products and give Fenty Beauty a shot. But recently I did and let me tell you… I hated every single one. Like…hated. I’m so sorry RiRi. Still love you tho boo 🫶🏾

IN TWENTY TWENTY FIVE, I have to HUNT FOR and EMAIL a company to unsubscribe to their monthly sub that they offered a SEAMLESS sign up process for?!?! What in the dark pattern roach motel nonsense is that?! You deserve a SWIFT DEATH, #clonewebx #softlite!

Doing a little research project. If you could build your ideal music player, what would it do differently from the major streaming players? I personally feel that spotify, tidal, etc are not designed for people who fit the "curator" archetype. Curious to hear what you think.

I have no idea why I pay for a music subscription. I listen to the same maybe 20+ paylists/albums over and over and I get real upset when they try to intro me to new music. I really should just go back to having a personal cloud library I can sync between devices.

2025*** Mi previous bad.

I've been at this digital workspace / tech productivity thing a while and it's constantly remained true that getting the most out of a few tools pays off so much more than getting a little out of many.

When I tell strangers I don’t want kids, they balk at the idea. Some of them (particularly men) get extremely upset about it. Yet my friends who have kids all tell me what misery it is and that I should avoid them at all costs. Wonder who I should listen to…

Lost my LinkedIn Games 100+ day streak because of Hurricane Melissa and now my heart isn't in it anymore. I don't have the will to start over.

For normal people, Melissa means impromptu vacation days. For me, it means working my *ss off on the weekend so I hopefully don't fall too far behind if I have to miss a couple days.

AI has claimed the em dash? Who cares. I've moved on. I'm all about the BUSINESS SEMICOLON now. I'm putting semicolons everywhere. Emails, subject lines, headlines. You thought you were getting a comma or a period? Guess what, you're getting both. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
