Even if AI is "good" (works), I deeply respect the continued work in discernment folks are doing. There's time for it; don't be rushed by Progress. Many think skeptics will regret their skepticism and be "left behind". I think it's okay to be left behind in discovering ethical alignment. No regrets.

It's laughable to me that "don't be left behind" is used as an argument for any end-user technology such as LLMs. If it's useful, people will adopt it. Not being left behind is about foundries with large capital investments in hardware tech that takes many years to realize.
