Our community has been hard at work redecorating some rooms at Spelkollektivet, from the new LEGO room to some office spaces and the audio room. We think it's looking a lot cozier now. 😁

Last weekend, we held an open house at Spelkollektivet, with 15 demo stations showcasing games made here! People from the town and neighboring areas showed up to play and check out what our community has been working on. #indiegames #indiedev

What I’ve been up to for the past month.

Just 70 hours after launching our campaign, we reached our goal of 750,000 SEK! But we’re not stopping there. Every contribution from here helps us secure better loan terms, or potentially even purchasing the building outright. Thank you to everyone who has donated or shared our campaign so far. ❤️

I've seen Spelkollektivet come by my timeline many times, either friends staying there or beautiful games being created. They're in danger of losing the building they host in, so if you've got something to spare: this is actually a really good cause! 💖

i've stayed here 3 times (with more to go), and have nothing but great things to say about the people here. a great space that deserves to exist as much as it can. many wonderful games that you know of only exist cause of this space. i implore you to donate, and when you can, to visit ❤️

If you're into game dev, you have to check out this community. After 12 years rusty with game dev they were more than happy to take me in, and I was able to make Faceless Assassin. So I guess that makes it MY community now too. I don't know of another place like it on Earth. And they need your help.

If you don't know about it, Spelkollektivet is a game dev community based in Sweden, and the PERFECT place to work on excellent conditions, which I discovered last year, and where I spent the equivalent of 9 months over the course of a year and a half. It's THAT good !
