Supreme Court to Decide TikTok Ban The Supreme Court will hear arguments January 10 on TikTok’s ban, signed in April due to security concerns over Chinese ownership. A DC appeals court upheld the ban. My take: Security concerns may lead to a ban or forced sale, impacting tech and free speech.
