So the @puppytruck.dog demo is a huuuuuuuge taste. The movement and jumping are so good. Arf! One of the few 3D platforming games where I didn't get upset missing a jump and falling. Arf! I don't know why there are floating books, or why I'm a puppy that is a truck, but I dig it. Go try it! Arf!

Even if I thought AI code tools would be helpful in any way as I develop this game I still wouldn't use it out of respect for the work others have put into this project. I wouldn't want anyone to question, even for a second, that any of it wasn't the direct product of their own hands and minds.

I honestly don't think what we've made would be half as good without their taste and skill, if it were just me prompting a machine.

Another great demo. A true sandbox platformer, which starts you in a literal sandbox. You've got tons of mobility in every direction, including driving straight up walls, and Scooby Doo air-scampering across gaps. Also you are a Puppy that is also a Truck. And about an inch tall.

Hey, so it hasn't been stated anywhere, but due to some annoying qualities of both the modern attention economy and the steam algorithm Puppy Truck's demo is not part of NextFest. The demo isn't going anywhere and will sporadically get updates until closer to the full release.

And I know a lot of folks want to wait to play until the game is released, which I understand. The demo was originally conceived to be a sort of Puppy Truck: Ground Zeroes, same engine, same universe, but small and standalone. It'll be an area in the final game, but more of a bonus area.
