Plus the fact that I re-ripped all of the PC-98 audio from scratch, warts and all, like the weird "Arf!" noise that Mid-Game Theme 1 makes when it loops on a real PC-9801, or the PC-98 audio balance

Compared with my own older release of Rebuilt+, this has a lot of fixes to problems found along the way, especially frame rate issues and issues with the built-in event skip feature. It runs much more smoothly, and the few possible known crashes, etc, have all been worked out and dealt with.
