Rewatching S3 of HELLUVA BOSS and I don’t know guys it’s just really good. I love how Stolas has all this expensive, crazy-ass beautiful furniture, but all he's particularly concerned about his mother's plain necklace, his childhood stuffy, and of course, his homemade mold.

The real over arching symbolism of Stolas' diary in S3E5 IMO is that he let himself be consumed by guilt for his choices, lost himself in what he was 'supposed' to do to cope, and metaphorically closed the book on HIMSELF for 17-18 years.
