I just walk into a hospital, give them my card, and I get free coverage. That’s how health care is delivered here. We don’t have people who pay and people who are denied.

Nothing they say matters. Watch what they do, stop it when possible, shut them up at every chance. Reporters need to gumption up, they are failures.

We have to say "No". We have to say "That's not up for debate". We have to say "I don't accept what you're saying" and "What you're saying has no value, this discussion is terminated." Give no quarter, give nothing. That's all I've got at the moment.
