I like nerdy movie franchises, sports, and video games. The order will vary.

This would cost $1.35 trillion, which is bonkers. The current federal deficit for this year is $2 trillion. USAID cost $35 billion, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting was $500 million. There is no way this should happen.

Trump: "We're making a fortune. So if the Republicans win, you win with us and you get $5,000. It will be called the Trump Dividend. Congratulations."

Fox News complains that underage teenage girls aren’t getting pregnant enough: “The problem is teens and young adults. From ages 15-19, the fertility rate is down 70% in the last 2 decades, which means we are telling people who are young not to have babies.”

I had to oversee my late grandmother’s affairs when she was on hospice care. She was put on hospice care and then taken off it when she sufficiently recovered, put back on it again months later, and then eventually passed. RFK is mad hospice is helping keep people alive.

RFK Jr complains that people in hospice aren't dying quick enough and therefore cost too much money

My grandmother was on hospice for 2 years in our living room from the care my mom gave her. She got 2 more years with her mom, and she misses her everyday. Fraud is one thing, but just make sure your not mistaking living for fraud.

If you want to go to a trade school, great? Think college isn’t for you? Ok. But that’s not what this is, this is the government trying to do culture war social engineering while also staring down their noses at poor kids and preemptively deciding things like: I don’t want you as my doctor, next

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

BASH: One of the things that's happening is there's a push to start students down a trade school track as early as elementary school. Is that too early? LINDA McMAHON: I don't think so BASH: But elementary school? McMAHON: I think you can have some introduction of skilled trades in elementary

Believe it or not, this is a pretty short and concise message from Trump. It’s like he was busy but still needed to throw a jab at Democrats.

At this point Trump’s holiday posts are predictable. “happy _____ even to the (insults a group) even though they (grievance trump has with them).

I’m going to guess this includes immunity from all things related to Russia, Jan 6, Epstein, and any insider trading???

The US ... is hereby FOREVER BARRED and PRECLUDED from prosecuting or pursuing, any and all claims, counterclaims, causes of action [etc]... whether presently known or unknown, that... have been or could have been asserted [by the US against Trump, his family, and his companies] out of.. Missouri legislators and courts have gone against 3 referendums passed by voters: expanding medicaid, eliminating gerrymandering and sick leave for minimum wage workers. Conveniently they kept the ones on sports gambling and legalization of marijuana (both profitable)

🚨BREAKING: In a 4-3 ruling, the Virginia Supreme Court has OVERTURNED the redistricting referendum approved by voters last month. The court ruled the General Assembly violated the Virginia Constitution in advancing the amendment, nullifying the referendum entirely.

This would go with my term limit suggestion pretty well. “What if the Supreme Court had terms like this: 18 year terms per judge, but stagger them so a judge retires every two years. Then every president would appoint the same amount.”

What if the Supreme Court had terms like this: 18 year terms per judge, but stagger them so a judge retires every two years. Then every president would appoint the same amount. Except in the case of an untimely death, which I havent worked out yet mostly because I don’t work in government.

Considering we pay the tariffs, he is taxing Americans to get foreign countries to sell us a country that doesn’t want to belong to us. Also he wants to use tariff money to fund his $500 billion military increase. Which he definitely wants to use to take over more countries.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "Starting Feb 1, all above mentioned Countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, & Finland), will be charged a 10% Tariff. On June 1, it will be increased to 25%. It will be due until such time as a Deal is reached for the Complete and Total purchase of Greenland."

If this were true, I must have missed the TV police drama that had the detective coming back to the precinct saying “Suspect was dead when we arrived, they were in a car and didnt do what we wanted.”

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons: "Anytime someone uses a 4,000 vehicle to assault or impede or even to escape a law enforcement custody, that's a deadly force situation. That is a domestic terrorist incident."

Are you prepared for the US to be an empire? Are you ok with that? Everyone needs to think about what if within 12 months the USA takes over Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba and Greenland. Cause that seems to be the direction we are going.

The hypocrisy for attacking Venezuela and capturing Maduro is insane -We kill fisherman for drug trafficking but use the entire military to make arrests -Trump cites Maduro’s “illegal” election when he has Trump 2028 hats for sale -Can you charge someone for illegal weapons in another country?

My Stranger things finale thought regarding song choice: Using Heroes at the end. We had heard a cover twice before. When Will was dead (but he wasn’t) and when Hopper was dead (but he wasn’t) Which makes me think El isn’t dead.

This is an equivalent message to “Merry Christmas ya filthy animals.” Also please note all tariffs are paid by American companies.

I keep thinking of all the food contracts that were canceled because US AID wasnt MAGA. What are the odds this comes out of the tariff money?

That’s $5 billion more than the entire annual USAID budget. All to one country. To rescue one friend of the president’s.

Hegseth: The military is for killing people and breaking things. No more rules of engagement. Trump: I’ll be sending the military into U.S. cities.

Hegseth: "A few months ago I was at the White House when President Trump announced his liberation day for America's trade policy. It was a landmark day. Well, today is another liberation day. The liberation of America's warriors ... you kill people and break things for a living."

Babies are famously liquid intolerant. Also it’s 24 vaccines over 2 years, done in like 6 sessions for a bunch of diseases we don’t really worry about anymore.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "It's too much liquid. Too many different things are going into that baby at too big a number. The size of this thing when you look at it. It's like 80 different vaccines and beyond vaccines."

Trump is consolidating power in the house with redistricting. He already consolidated power in the Supreme Court. He is consolidating power of facts by his moves with suing media outlets and his anti DEI laws. All while making billions as president. Together they point to a giant problem.

Weds: Trumps WFLI crypto bank goes public as a stablecoin. Friday: Trump signs into law a bill that benefits stablecoins. This…..this has to be illegal right? Insider trading? Emolument clause?

Canceling a number 1 show when the show wants to continue doesn’t happen. Doing it after Paramount makes a $16 million “donation” to the Trump library? Well now it feels like part of the donation, right? If the Trump admin influenced this cancelation in any way, that’s censorship.

With all the donations coming to the Trump Library (including the Qatari jet) Trump is absolutely going to build it in a way that he utilizes the money. So my bet is it will be on the grounds at Mara-Lago somehow.

Here is the difference for me with Iran. Obama did alot of bombing/drone strikes. They were either in countries we were already involved in (iraq afganistan), in countries where we targeted the same terrorist groups, or in support of UN/Nato resolutions. 1/

Iran is not attacking the US, nor is hamas attacking us. Im against preemptive strikes, but when we did attack Iraq it was with congressional approval. Also, we bombed Iran, not a terrorist group within Iran. 2/2

On election day someone in line was telling people there is no way Harris’s $25,000 for new home buyers would work and is a stupid policy. Instead we elected someone who has started a conflict we have been avoiding my whole life.

This is gaslighting at its finest. “Not having everything you want is better” There are benefits to being simple and unwanting, but it shouldnt be because we straight cant afford stuff.

My son with autism portrayed Jesus in Stations of the Cross for Good Friday and then played a high school soccer game. He’s received an MLK jr Model of Justice award this winter, and graduates high school next month. In case RFK jr needs more examples.

In medical terms, these Trump tariffs are an experimental surgery that we dont know if it will work, and if it does work we dont know how long the rehab will be. Mind you, as a “patient” we werent dying, we needed to reevaluate priorities at most.

When Trump says “they have no cards” about a country he means it in a business sense. He sees the US as an industry giant and these other countries as smaller companies. It feels like he’s trying to buyout Canada. This is what you get when someone runs the country as a business.

This will lead to people trying to accomplish many little tasks that mean nothing while ignoring big issues that take time and patience.
