While we have always had clear intentions about Pika operating for decades to come, but we've never written them down in a central place. Barry took a moment to document everything we've done to make that possible: pika.pika.page/posts/here-f...

In keeping my promise to @hewco.uk, I finally got around to setting up The Citadel (my new DEV system) which is running Zorin OS and the first thing I installed was Imagery. Andy, I downloaded it for free, but will come back on payday and redownload it and pay $20. #gamedev #sprites #2d #animation

One of the people I enjoy following (and adore their books) seems to have disappeared off of BSky. You will be missed, my friend. All copies of your book I sowed into the free libraries found their new owners. 🙏💜🕯️ #booksky #books #novels #author #authors #writer #writers

Remembering the legendary Iron Mike Ditka (1939–2026). From Hall of Fame tight end to the fiery coach who led the Chicago Bears to Super Bowl XX glory, his toughness, passion, and larger-than-life personality defined an era. Rest easy, Coach. 🐻🏈 #MikeDitka #DaBears #NFL #Bears

Notice the absence of the traditional olive branch? The olive branch symbolized America prioritizing peace with war as a last resort. It has been part of the Great Seal of the United States since 1782 and was part of the original seal of the Department of Defense.

If you remember great pixel-art and sprite tools like GraphicsGale and Pro Motion, check out Imagery by @hewco.uk. A modern, powerful pixel editor with animation, sprite, tilemap & other tools—and it's free/PWYW for Windows, macOS & Linux. #gamedev #sprites #2d #animation hewco.itch.io/imagery

Today I've released a modern graphics tool I have been working on for a while. hewco.itch.io/imagery The tagline I've given it is "Perfect Pixel Art and Animation" which I think sums it up pretty well.

Good morning & welcome to #Caturday Whatever this week has brought you, you made it to today. So be a little kinder to yourself. Take your time. Notice the good things, however small they might be. You don’t have to make today extraordinary.

Night night sweet dreamies Some days you’ll have the strength to take on the world. Other days, you’ll need to curl up, shut the world out for a little while and just rest. Both are okay. Learning to listen to yourself, rather than always pushing through, is important.

Nor's favorite thing is this Amazon box that I glued cardboard supports inside to strengthen it so it would not cave in & glued it all shut. He loves it & sleeps on it. Also has a new Spider-Man collar. #caturday #catsky #catsofbsky #catsofbluesky #spiderman #spider-man

Finally made my wife her birthday dinner. Her birthday was July 4th. Steak fajitas, onions, green and red peppers over wild rice. Was delicious. Dessert is a vanilla yogurt, blueberries and granola parfait.

I will be bawling my eyes out in a little bit when my wife finally comes home from the nursing home. She has not been home since July 3rd when she had to go to the hospital. She almost died twice & did die once for 8 minutes. So thankful she made it & is coming home. 🫂🙏💜🕯️ #health #wife #love

Change of plans, wifey will be home tomorrow (Wednesday) even if I have to show up with the police and bring her out. Nursing home banned me on Friday for asking too many questions and requesting copies of records.
