Haven’t seen anyone come up with a definitive answer to Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation and all the other extremist bs. It’s time to demand a different path because the one we are on is insane. My website includes some documents to hopefully start those conversations. www.questcoalition.com

“America’s” Freedom 250 is peak brainwashing propoganda. 1. We are the United States. America is a continent. 2. A continent of people with established history, culture and democracy going back way more than 250 years. 3. Free societies don’t have to constantly remind everyone they’re “free”.

Deal. No deal. Deal. No deal. How exhausting. Let’s just admit that like Reagan, you are timing a solution to this manufactured problem for election purposes. All while the American and Iranian people (and all other citizens across the globe) suffer because of your fiscal irresponsibility.

Trump wants nothing to do with the U.S. being a global leader. He is only concerned with his bank accounts. We have given up on sustainability and excellence on the global stage and here at home. American exceptionalism is a helluva drug that tricks us into accepting “good enough”.

I wish all of our sports leagues here would have a pyramid system like EFL with promotions and relegations. More local sports teams in more communities. But also, these billionaire-owned sports teams always seeking tax incentives need to be checked.

AI is a complex business. It involves data collection, processing and storage. Machine learning and algorithms. Energy use, internet bandwidth, land use, water pollution, heat dissipation. Chips. None of which are being implemented and regulated in a sustainable way. And all for what?

When will the grandiose promises of AI ever reach regular people (the 98%)? Is it improving our lives? Or just helping CEO’s and investors to maximize profits? When will regular people see all of the promised benefits, and why aren’t we seeing them now?

U.S. Citizens have social security numbers Undocumented workers have ITIN’s Or Individual Taxpayer Indentification Numbers. Interestingly, ITIN’s do not provide legal immigration status, nor do they provide work authorization A systemic loophole exploited by politicians for votes and division

In the brilliant book “Beyond the Hammer” there is quote that states “The culture of a business is shaped by the lowest level of acceptable behavior.” For the U.S. government that would be sex trafficking of minors, genocide, racism and corruption. WE GREAT YET?! 🇺🇸

It’s Primary Day in several states. A reminder that a true representative democracy would have open primaries and ranked choice voting. We should be pushing for elections that are decided by We the People instead of two corrupt political parties and their donors.

Want to say thank you to Trump, Musk, and DOGE for granting me the time to build this. Had you not canceled the grant I moved across the country to work on, this likely wouldn’t exist. Checkmate

We think of American companies as innovative. The reality is these companies spend billions of dollars a year lobbying against innovation to protect their profits. When they could just…ya know, innovate for the future and meet the moment.

We have got to stop viewing our democracy and our economy through ideologies and agendas. We must view them through our roles in society as voters, workers, consumers, and owners.

This is not freedom or democracy. This is censorship and surveillance.

Yesterday, those who teach Intro to Sociology at Florida colleges (as opposed to universities) received a ready-made curriculum from the state and were ordered to teach it. Yes, you read that correctly. The *state* is enforcing a curriculum on college profs, complete w/ the following restrictions:

Malcolm X spoke about the wolves and the foxes. He was right.

Luke O'Neil@lukeoneil47.bsky.social

Much like I say normal libs cannot allow themselves to imagine a better world, Dem politicians cannot allow themselves to state plainly what the problem is. "You are getting fucked." They can dance around it but they can't name the villains, and there are villains, because they want their money.

I want someone to introduce a bill that declares that if you voted for a pedophile rapist for President, you may no longer work in the public school system. You are a danger to the nations youth and their future.

It’s because the unhealthier we are, the more money their friends make.

Just a year ago 1,500 scientists in the EPA research office were studying forever chemicals, wildfires, asthma, drinking water, extreme heat, hazardous spills, and more. The Trump admin gutted it, reassigning or firing over 90% of the researchers. Only 124 remain. www.nytimes.com/2026/04/27/c...

Crazy that a company that delivers health products is also on Team “let’s give them cancer”. Our government is run by corporations for their benefit, not for public benefit.

“Congress has the ability to help U.S. farmers and farmworkers transition to safer methods of growing and raising food. But, as written, the bill would further lock us in a dangerous system that perpetuates harm to vulnerable people, public health, and the environment.”

This right here. Say it louder. Open primaries. Rank choice voting.

James Belcher@jamesbelcher.bsky.social

Very few Dems who bleat about voting for the lesser evil seem interested in creating a system with more than two viable choices. This tells me that their goal isn't democracy, but Democratic Party power.

Right is right and wrong is wrong. Doesn’t matter who says it, when, or what they’ve said in the past. All of us must push back. There are innocent lives at stake. Resist the madness.

Tucker Carlson: "It's vile. It begins w/ a promise to use the US military to commit a war crime. Those people who are in direct contact w/ the president need to say 'No. I'll resign. I'll do whatever I can do legally to stop this, bc this is insane. And if given the order, I'm not carrying it out'"

Do I think Democrats will make gains in November? Yes. But I am not confident they will fix what is broken. They are not up to the task unfortunately. The problem with these political parties is that they lack the humility to reflect.

Happy No Kings America! And FUCK that wannabe King. He’ll be remembered in history as the anti-American anti-democracy anti-Christian anti-peace bigot and tyrant that he is. A fraudulent, incompetent, corrupt, hateful, weak shell of a man. A disgrace, a leech, a stain, a thief A future inmate.

The U.S., Israel and Argentina voted against the resolution. This is the Donald Trump presidency summed up in one vote. America has never made an effort to reconcile and own up to its past. A joke of a nation.

US oil companies have done more to stop American innovation, human advancement, and environmental progress than ANY foreign adversary. And our spineless government encourages it. Meanwhile we want to blow up sovereign Nations on the other side of the planet.

Trump has mounted a full-scale assault on offshore wind: repealing Biden’s renewable-power subsidies, adding a whole bunch more regulatory red tape to renewable investment, and attempting to illegally cancel several huge projects near completion. prospect.org?p=135929

Compromised. If Russia had agents in our government during the Cold War, they most certainly have agents running our government now. Wake up folks.

I don't mean this to sound insensitive at ALL but it's not lost on me that schools and holidays and whatever else are immediately being renamed due to new info about Cesar Chavez While white men with accusations like of heinous crimes get to keep their jobs AS PRESIDENT

Let’s not call them pesticides. Let’s refer to them by their proper name - Chemicals of war. These were used on our “enemies” and now we spray it on our food.

More Perfect Union@moreperfectunion.bsky.social

A recent study links pesticide use to increased cancer risks — at a level on par with smoking. The evidence can be seen in several Midwestern states, which grow the majority of U.S. corn and soybeans and have elevated cancer rates, according to @foodandwater.bsky.social.

Our society and species has always and continues to have an appalling record of protecting women from sexual violence. It’s truly a shame. Protect women and children.

New rule. When an American President declares war, it should be mandated that the President themselves are required to go in-person to inform the families of fallen soldiers that their sons and daughters have been killed in the war that they started. Or be removed from office. Face the families.

Trump is ramping up the pace in which we free fall into complete oligarchy. All you need is a history book. Russia’s shift from communism, to capitalism, to oligarchy was likely the most dramatic in history (at least in modern times). Pay attention. We are heading that way.

This country must decide if we believe that religious freedom is an unalienable right of all people. The founders did. The irony is that we are still reconciling with this as a nation because of our extremist political parties. Let’s resolve this at home before we go bombing other nations.

Let’s fix our own performative democracy before we go meddling with other countries.

10 years ago, Bernie Sanders warned America of the unintended consequences that could emerge from a regime change war with Iran. Watch.
