I’m ok. I’m a survivor so this small agitator isn’t going to intimidate me from doing my work. I don’t let bullies win. Grateful to my incredible constituents who rallied behind me. Minnesota strong.

This morning ICE attempted to enter into the Ecuadorian consulate on Central Ave but were barred from entering. I spoke with Ambassador Yanez this afternoon and they want to make sure the Ecuadorian community knows it’s still safe to come to the consulate.

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional! ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.

Still in a state of shock trying to process the tragic loss of one of the most gifted men in the entertainment industry & his wife when the Embarrassment-in-Chief disgraces common human decency with this repulsive, deranged statement. #NoWords 🤮

Andy Bell is absolutely top tier when it comes to CSS and HTML. Even if you don't need him to design your site (you should), then you definitely should give his Picalilli newsletter a subscribe as it will make you a much better front-end dev.

We’ve helped so many companies grow since our studio started out, but we want to put our skills and experience to a different, more effective use. It feels like a really important moment to actually fight back and it also feels like an important moment to focus on skilling people up to do that.

We’re trying a rather radical new approach at Piccalilli by doing real world projects — for real clients — in the open. This gives us a context to provide genuine high quality, real world education for free at the point of entry.

@pekkavaa.bsky.social Just read your nice article on how to display DOS images. Two quick adds: (1) GIF has aspect ratio header support -- don't know if browsers read it? (2) a lot of video formats support aspect ratio metadata. I use this all the time to fix vids from the Internet.

You are up to date.
