I’ve always felt there’s some real magic in the early part of @doublefine.com’s Brutal Legend. But its eventual turn into a ‘Battle of the Bands’ RTS never clicked with me. I think it would work so well as a heavy metal Legend of Zelda/Darksiders. So many great concepts to flesh out a world.

This whole Meta thing where they're forcing people to train AI replacements and then canning them is ghoulish. But even more-so though for a company that was built on the idea of humans connecting with humans (FB) and sharing life and creativity (Insta).

Finally upgraded to iOS 26. The whole ethos of the system feels like a kid cleaning their room by pushing everything into a closet to clean their room. So many familiar interactions are now one or two clicks deeper. There are some impressive visual effects but I hope this doesn’t stay long.
