a fun top-down vehicular combat shooter-style game. and it's 15 years old today. Yeah, this is low because it's not particularly special, not because it's bad. Think about it like this: It's a competent game, not a great game. Still, it's a fun one if you like vehicular combat shooters.

13 years ago, Eidos Montreal tried to revive a dead franchise. We got a pretty good game out of it. It's marred by a couple things, like the ending being picked from a small list with the last action... But like, I hate what happened with the sequel. Still, soft spot in my heard for DXHR.

I played through a loop once, years ago. I should do it again now that the game is "finished". It's a fun dungeon crawling roguelite Action RPG lootfest type of game with a legendarily large ability tree. it's also very fun, very well optimized for what it's going for. Recommended?

Second-to-worst game i can think of and still finished. Offensive, unfunny and pointless. I'm glad i didn't get more episodes. I think i got it in a bundle or something? Anyway, the art style is kinda nice at places I guess? other than that, not recommended.

Woahhhhh 4 years already? Listen, this game is fun but it's also a bit too addictive? Too impactful? IDK, i think the vampire survivors-like genre exploding might not be the best thing ever. But then again, it's a fun game with a model that isn't predatory. I can't complain too much. Recommended.

Do you know the definition of insanity? A game that's an FPS that i also enjoyed quite a bit. Something unusual for an FPS. Sadly, the fun gameplay came with a lot of colonialism. whoops. Dunno if i'll ever play other Far Cry games when i boycott Ubisoft. probably not.

wow, 15 years old today. A cool idea: a wave-based horde survival game that can be Tower defense or a shooter or a hack and slash depending on the character you pick. Why's it so low? It felt a bit shallow when i played it. that's all.

17 years old today! And still better than Braid. A really pretty puzzle adventure by Amanita Design. I like that it has an integrated help system and it's telling a lovely story without words. Recommended for an afternoon.

I should not have stuck around after the first day. I was terrified that if i did, i’d get in trouble. Mind you, this wasn’t an internship with a teacher following my progress. This was an internship in the sense that i worked unpaid for 3 months. I got tricked and i was too proud to admit it.

the subway for a further 20. All on my dime. To trick people into getting exploited. The unpaid internship was supposed to be 3 months. I didn’t like the job. I didn’t like the commute. I didn’t like that it was costing me money. But i had to do it because my mom was going to kick me out otherwise.
