As a writer I now have a rule of thumb...if I get an unsolicited email with lots of details of my life and career that really seems to care and understand my life's work...I KNOW it must be a scam, (generated with AI) and bin it immediately.

My rule of thumb for spotting a writer-scam is as follows: if it appears to give a shit about you, your life and your work, it's a scam and to be avoided. No REAL agent or publisher gives a flying fuck at a rolling donut (as Kurt Vonnegut once said.)
