I've been trying to throw away a trash can for three months now, apparently you can't.

Haven't posted anything for a while, I've been under the weather, but feeling better now. I made some bonbons. I'm very pleased with the colors. Hard to see in pics, but the gold is "metallic" and glittery.

Improvised a shortbread bar cookie bc I had leftover fudge sauce. Used a basic almond shortbread recipe, added sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate to the fudge sauce filling, and used leftover "almond crunch" from a strawberry entremet that I made a week ago. #Baking #Cookies #Foodies

Devils on Horseback. Came out really well. Dates poached in wine, then stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese, wrapped in bacon and baked. I reduced the poaching liquid and added some mustard, dotted it on the plate as a sauce. #Foodies #Cooking
