Ben Michel

My friend. You empowered us all to make a difference. You challenged the way things were to keep the future free and open. You deeply loved and cared for others. You had the gravity of a star, and all who found themselves in your orbit were better for it. Goodbye Mikeal. See you on the other side.

Had a chat with @stephenbelanger.com about the import-in-the-middle library, and his team’s recent donation of it to the Node.js Org. We also discussed choosing Observability tools for node-apps, and the current state of performance in node itself. Enjoy! 📄: opensource.datadoghq.com/projects/node/

Oh hi Bluesky!

Going with the ancient swag today.

Hey y'all, another Ben you know and love just made it to Skeetsville 🙌 Welcome @cptdonut.bsky.social (Ben Acker)! 🎉

Apparently, WWDC is about selling hardware too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
