cool demo of a UV geonodes thing I tossed together... Is there a better way to do this? It scales parts of the UV (selected via a vertex group) and model (also based on a vertex group), and randomizes the UV transform on each face. Is there an easier way to do this? #blender #lowpoly #pixelart #3d

to clarify this flips the UV, subtracts the minimum U & V from it, multiplies it by the scale, and then adds the minimum U & V back in. It then does the random translation of the UV down by u/v_wrap_len px. It then replaces any part of the UV not in the UV transform vert group with the original UV

Probably should start art posting tbh. WIP scene art template / asset farming project I have going, REALLY heavily utilizes geometry nodes and etc. 's neat.
