I'd appreciate it if the discussions blaming the suburbs for election results give Scarborough some respect for saving the city again

Now that the results are in I want to know the turnout in Toronto.

Christopher Mammoliti, Giorgio's son, has won his TDSB trustee race in city wards 17 and 22.

Rebel News is seething

CP24 calls it for Chow (Olivia)

I honestly don't know what council meetings will be like without Frances Nunziata at the helm.

Are there enough votes to call it for the Milwaukee Brewers?

Note that the first batch of polls (67/1,431 polls) is missing all polls in Toronto-Danforth and Beaches-East York. so don't get too excited / despaired about Brad Bradford's apparent lead.

You may not be a candidate in these Ontario municipal elections but if you are following me on Bluesky, you are the true winners.

Gord Krantz is trailing big in Milton. He is 89 years old and was first elected to council three years before Pierre Elliott Trudeau became Prime Minister for the first time and has been mayor since Pierre Elliott Trudeau became Prime Minister for the second time.

Holy shit Chandler Simpson

CP24 has called it for Alvin Tedjo. He will become the first man to be the mayor of Mississauga since 1978.

Fun fact: The state fruit of Wisconsin is the cranberry, and some of the approximately 250 growers statewide came together to show the Brewers who they are rooting for in the World Series. (Thanks, Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association!)

I have informed the Angels that I am not interested in the job.

He can take his time it’s gonna be a long offseason

On this day thirty-four years ago, Deion Sanders was clearly out.

For the first time since 1980 (Royals vs. Phillies), the World Series will feature two teams with no previous championships.
