One of the biggest reasons I chose to go with plain Blade templates for my Laravel SaaS starter kit is that it's just simpler. Less tooling, only one language to manage, and more methods directly available from the core framework. Also honestly, I just like working with it!

Flux + Alpine + Livewire is such a powerhouse for building great user interactions quickly. So much power to mix and match tools together to make a cohesive end product. @calebporzio.bsky.social has a good thing going. #laravel #livewire

MySQL not having a version_compare equivalent is pretty clunky. Was just working on a filament table filter and ended up round tripping the data since my dataset is pretty small. 🤢
