The achievement of Serbian students overthrowing Aleksandar Vučić can't be overstated. In 2024, they began protesting. In 2025, they transformed a protest movement into civil dissidence. In 2026, they became a political party — and two months later, crushed a corrupt state-entrenched authoritarian.

This is quite extraordinary. I don't think I have heard a more coherent, articulate and accurate deconstruction & demolition of Nigel Farage's ReformUK, Tory & Restore policy than this. In under 85 seconds! @rafaelbehr.bsky.social is on here folks and worth a follow.

Exclusive: Do you remember the polling company Redfield and Wilton, which appeared from nowhere in early 2020, whose polls quickly appeared in lots of publications? The company’s director is a registered solicitor, prompting questions over where the polling expertise came from. Here’s the answer…

The world has become a far smaller place and it's gonna be increasingly difficult for any one nation to dominate. Trump is isolating the US at every opportunity. His crowd of dumbass followers think they're indestructible and untouchable. They've got a rude awakening on the way in the next decade.

Gotta say America, speaking from across the pond, this guy really knows how to nail it down.

Ossoff: "I think Pete Hegseth is frankly a deeply unwell person who seems to relish this kind of brutality all the while he's running a department that is falling into chaos. The guy cannot run the military competently and is spending his time with this kind of obscene medieval spectacle."

This is a very long-winded way of saying "I don't understand what the word socialism means. I've never understood what the word socialism means."

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Q: How do you define socialism personally? JD VANCE: I think in reality what it actually means in the American context is you want to replace American workers with foreigners workers, and you want boys to play in girls' sports

For me, the main thing isn't the 'nasty' label, it's the fact that they have NO new ideas. They're still banging out that narrow ideology of low tax/low to no regulation/small state/trickle-down economics. They been talking this sh*t for decades, and look where we are!! They've got nothing to offer.

“It's about privilege. I don't even get to vet who moves in downstairs, let alone feel that I can dictate to gov't how it can use land it owns a mile away. Why do they think they get to dictate what happens on public property within miles-radius of their country living? It's not a reasonable ask.”

The people of Piddington have spoken. I say, grant them independence. Border controls. Visas to cross into the UK. Tariffs on goods. No GBP. No NHS. No benefits or pensions. Let us know when your little lilywhite enclave has gone all Mad Max and you started eating each other. BUH-BYE!

This is very powerful. In fact, I think I might try to re-post it every day. We're gonna have to start thinking about how we square up to the racists because soon, it might be too late. I wonder if Piddington's little referendum stunt would have received so much media attention if it was 'up north'.

You can have all the money in the world. All the power you've ever dreamed of. You can be surrounded at every turn by sycophants praising your every syllable. But you can't switch off that voice inside. And when you're broken and twisted and you've done terrible things it'll never stop haunting you.

The strategic position of the USA would’ve been immeasurably better if it had not started this ludicrous war with Iran and instead given the Patriot interceptors its wasted to Ukraine, to defend Ukr against Russia. What the USA has done, insanely, is strengthen China and Russia.
