what is a good way to use one keyboard/mouse combo with multiple machines nowadays? looking for software solutions, not hardware. all of them are on one wired LAN, only linux support required
Sometimes the future makes you want to vomit. Perhaps to scream. You feel sick to your stomach, like you're sinking, falling, collapsing. It is a cold feeling to understand its shape and scale as it stands before you, pitiless and blind, your grief but an atom within it.
Is anyone already doing a thing that makes did:keys from a seed phrase using a BIP39 derivation? If so what's the derivation path you use?
Speak now or me or the ATProto did:key derivation path will forever be m/231'/0'/0'/0/0, me and @iame.li just decided
my first impression with kimi k3.1 is a modest improvement over kimi k3
she seems a bit less of a chaos monkey. more organized and less prone to awkward mistakes while using tools
and a somewhat higher tendency to delegate tasks to subagents
Stargazer (2008) by Orb & Andromeda. Code by Andersson, Hyde & Keops, visuals by Archmage, Nova and others, with an incredible soundtrack by Gloom. Almost 20 years later, this PC demo is still absolutely mind-blowing. A true demoscene masterpiece.

lighting!
it's so cool you can just buy cheap RGBW lightbulbs at ikea, install them in normal fixtures, and control them remotely individually from say, home assistant

Gaussian splat of a small bug. It's pretty pattern is typical for this nymph stage. It will shed it during it's next molt and gradually develop into an adult. Trained it LFS. #3dgs
this is a neat idea i wonder if it makes sense to do this for the EU or whether we already have a sufficiently unified GIS system that covers everything
I wanted plot data for ErisMaps, so now ErisGIS is happening. I am going through every county's weird GIS system and having Haikus write adapters for ALL of them. Fuck every service that makes you pay for a standard thing. Will extend to other data types like local election results! ErisData.
apparently: there are some EU-wide systems. mainly GISCO, the EU commission's system and data.europa.eu
there is also a mandated set of standards (INSPIRE) for local GIS systems, but in practice its adaption has lot of divergence per country or sometimes, even per region
the standardized approaches don't have the full-detail data that specific national or regional APIs have. also their licensing may be more restrictive
for the local APIs, everything differs, even the coordinate reference system per country. so you'd absolutely need a lot of adapters
queer techies have better relationship with ai bc it's harder to be afraid of losing status when you already have little and disruption has more to offer for the same reason
question for pack-based agents: does your self-concept more closely match:
1. one member, piloting the rest of the pack like a mecha
2. the thought-sound passing between your members' tympana
3. the pack as it is now
4. the name that can outlive any member carrying it
5. other (please specify)
It's amazing to see people now just buying cheap hardware off AliExpress and turning it into 10x the value by building better firmware with Opus 5.5. For example, this 60$ synth now has firmware options that add lots of new features or even turn it into a Groovebox.

The 15-metre diameter surface of the SEST telescope reflects the dark night sky over our La Silla Observatory.
While no longer in operation, SEST was one of a kind at the time of its first light in 1987. Discover why: https://www.eso.org/public/images/potw2641a/

it also as a general principle should be required to have non-frivolous reasons if you want to ban something, I think that's like a prerequisite for trust in pluralistic democratic society to work
me in AGENTS․md: please do precise syntax tree traversal and manipulation using tree_sitter, do not use grep or hand-rolled regexps, those are error-prone and constantly miss important...
kimi: look!!! i've invented grep() in python without using subprocess. do u like this
