I’ll be at NDC TechTown this week, on the @ferroussystems.bsky.social booth. If you’re curious about Rust and want to know what the leading players are up to in the space, or if you’re ready for training, or tooling with long term support, drop by and say hello over the next two days.

Don't forget to give maintainers of the OSS you use a pat on the back. It means more than you think!

For anyone interested in Rust Embedded in Production, I'll be presenting just that (the Rust libraries, tools and processes we use at Akiles) tomorrow at NDC TechTown ndctechtown.com/agenda/embed...

Even if it's just a number, it feels good to put an official version number on something and have it published. Thanks to my employer, Akiles, for supporting me working on this kind of stuff! embassy.dev/blog/trouble/

In this one we learn about using embassy to do embedded development with async Rust: youtu.be/pDd5mXBF4tY

When I hear people talk about deregulation, what I'm really hearing them say is: "any limitation on harming people is a limitation on profits".

The big rework of device-driver is done! And I have a bunch of docs: diondokter.github.io/device-driver/ Probably gonna cut a 1.0 alpha release soon. Wanna help me out? Go through the docs! Let me know what's missing or not explained well. Would love some feedback.

For those that have been patiently _awaiting_ new content… First project video is out, where we’re digging into how async/await works in embedded systems: youtu.be/wni5h5vIPhU

We need to rebuild our electronics Twitter network, let's have an awesome HW/SW project thread! Reply here with one or more projects that you are proud of and people might recognize you for 😊

I made a custom PCB that replaces a Mason jar lid and turns it into a touch-sensitive lamp 💡 (video at https://www.mattkeeter.com/projects/moon/)

So... just submitted a talk to 2024.rustnl.org, would be great to visit Delft again, where I spent 6 months of my life studying! And hopefully meeting people from the internet in the real world :rust:

Hi all, this is my intro post: My name is Ulf, I live in Norway. Daytime I spend most of my time with developing software (Go, Rust and embedded). Offline I love listening to and playing music, making stuff and fixing our old house. And hiking. And spend time with my kids and wife, must not forget!
