Why are the people who accuse those talking about reversing Brexit of "living in the past" never asked about their own plans to rip up an international agreement that was first signed by the UK some 75 years ago?

Doesn’t matter how you voted if you were front and centre in a Brexit government, actively overseeing the shrinking of our economy, our influence and our opportunities, while you rolled around in the trough. We’ll be disregarding everything you now say, thanks.

The lessons from Brazil and Serbia? Don't concede one inch of ground to the far right. Don't appease. Don't triangulate. Don't grovel. Don't say they have "legitimate concerns". Mobilise your base, and fight them with all the democratic means at your disposal.

Freedom of Movement didn't just allow Europeans to come to Britain. It allowed British entrepreneurs to start businesses across Europe too. British workers could follow opportunities. British firms could recruit expertise. Why discuss only arrivals when it worked both ways?
