The issue with GPT-5 in a nutshell is that unless you pay for model switching & know to use GPT-5 Thinking or Pro, when you ask “GPT-5” you sometimes get the best available AI & sometimes get one of the worst AIs available and you can’t tell and it might even switch within a single conversation.

A5 Upskilling with AI means putting out content in ways that people can engage with. Don't just put out a load of written content. Make it conversational and encourage people to share and work together to show where they have been successful. #CollabTalk

A6: Success with AI is success. So your metrics for success should be how AI has improved your ability to be successful and should be aligned to you org goals. Below that (especially in a nice OKR structure), you should be looking at adoption usage and value delivered from AI initiatives #CollabTalk

A7: Being AI first is not about tech, it's about the culture and the people. Support people to change the habits and processes to work with AI. Enable them to be able to make use of the tech. Review your processes for new ways to take advantage. Be ready for change. #CollabTalk
