How I walk knowing it's #InternationalBlackCatDay!! (It is very inconvenient and takes ages to get anywhere)

Hi I'm likely not using this base myself so I'm taking offers on it, asking $180 CAD minimum but feel free to barter with things on my ISO list. I can also print eyes and a back for the base as a bonus. Canadian shipping only. Please see thread for item description and ISO list.

It was a pleasure to meet @morgandrinkscoffee.bsky.social at their book signing tonight. I figured Latte should be there too! Was very anxious about meeting them in suit; thanks to Dax and pals who helped me not chicken out (plus a little espresso martini liquid courage ☕🍸)

Cooking always takes a lot out of me, but it's nice to have ready food for lunch that's not the two kinds of grocery store bowl, or the office fridge sandwich.

You want to optimize your vrc avatar so you don't lag others at clubs. I optimize my avatar because I'm turned on by being a shining golden Good🟢Boy. A pillar of radiant light and virtue descending into your PC's memory with a graceful, gentle step. Beholding me will increase your framerate.

I voted in the Ottawa municipal election!

Today is #IntersexAwarenessDay and the 30th anniversary of the first major public intersex demonstration in North America.

I should have made up my mind for mayor and ward councilor earlier instead of trying to decide one day before the election, but it turned out to not be a hard decision to make at all.

I want to see who else is running for mayor other than the frontrunners... "ai-generated-IMAGE.jpg" ... okay, I guess they're not getting my vote then.

It's the craft-day for Tempo's fursuit! Getting to bounce around as this fluff has been one of the real joys in my life the past few years. Literally took four years to carefully design him for being a fursuit, and it's been hecking worth it ✂ @spiritpandacostumes.com 📷 @direwalf.bsky.social

Okay this is very specific to furry and kinda silly, but fursuits Have you seen the level of detail in fursuits lately? And how crisp they are? Both the technology and the hobby in general has advanced SO MUCH Did you know that fursuit makers don't have to manually carve heads anymore???

Dancing Green in the Thav fit feels kinda’ right. 🙂‍↕️ GATEway FATE’s dancing panel got me thinking I could do a few tutorial videos teaching some in-game dances. What are some emotes y’all would like to see? 🤔

And if we want to avoid the Mass Effect effect in Canada, we should be keeping private equity out, not welcoming it in.

okay the secret is to use lossless webp

this also goes for indies btw, which is why the 30% cut steam takes is so egregious. that 30% is often the difference between one and done, or a studio that gets to make a second and maybe third game. and it would cost them literally nothing to take no cut for the first 100k, it's a rounding error

Part of my literal job is to fly out to physical game studios to rescue and recover historical materials that might be endangered and put them in a permanent archive. @gamehistoryorg.bsky.social is a 501(c)3 publicly funded to do that, my DMs are open, and I'm free for the next couple weeks...

Thinking about this makes me furious and is part of why I started my company btw. Don't let things die.

Three more days until submissions close, get your panels in!

A little fun fact about me for those of you who are new or don't know. I walk around on my tail, so in the context of what my feetpaws are, they are my tailfins. I have a pic of what a Popplio's tail looks like so you get the idea. #pokemonfursuit
