Preact v11 is an amazing release! Kudos to the whole @preactjs.com team, with special shoutouts to @jovidecroock.com and @rschristian.dev, who have gone above and beyond to make this a killer release (both literally and figuratively).

Preact 11 is out 🎉 We’ve been hard at work at making our diffing use modern features like moveBefore , leveraging ESM for tree-shaking Preact Compat and ensuring you have a great experience with resumed hydration.

Our #atproto based changelog has news of its own 🦋 You can now browse it without logging in at badrap.io/changelog. For logged-in users, a snazzy #new "What's new" ticker appears when there are fresh entries.

A changelog you can reply to! 🦋 We built our new changelog on #atproto. Our Bluesky posts tagged #new, #feature or #release also appear as changelog entries inside badrap.io. Each entry links back to the original post.

This is very cool, and all thanks to @jukkakoskinen.bsky.social who is pictured here: 🤸

It's so great to see this sort of cross-pollination of ideas (and generous sharing of credit): the tsgo-based API exposes AST nodes to JS in a way that's inspired by @marvinh.dev's work on Deno's Rust-based linter.

If you insist on using LLMs to generate commit messages, pull request descriptions, or changelogs, please use the compute to distill the information down to the essential points, not inflate it into a wall of text.
