Every year it's the same thing...I think "I'm not going to be able to come up with any more of these," and the next thing you know, my brain starts translating every covid-related post I see into a new #halloweentombstone. There are now over 140 on my pinned thread. Enjoy!

Gonna post as many of my #HalloweenTombstones here as I can, while adding alt text! I’ve been coming up with these for several years. Let’s see how many are still relevant. 🧵

No, I don't think 18 years is a necessary term limit. I think mandatory retirement at 75 makes sense, though...and what's more, I'd suggest that NO ONE should be allowed to run for public office if they'd be over 75 on the relevant election day.

REM Behaviour Disorder is a considerable antecedent for Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia 80% at 14 years (average age >50) That's why seeing RBD in Long C-19 at a much younger age is so deeply concerning 🙏🏻

I don't know that there is a definitive line to cross that makes you say, "I live in a police state now" but when masked gunmen can routinely brutalize the public, citizen or immigrant alike, with impunity, you have reached that point.

No part of this commentary is surprising coming from RFK Jr (it is as accurate as any of his other scientific claims) but it is insane that in the current political climate a person can say something like this essentially without profound personal or professional consequences.

My pal Danielle Koenig shared that her father Walter Koenig passed away last night at age 90. A performer whose kindness and warmth shone through the screen. He will be well remembered.

Headline: "As Halloween kicks of the holidays..." Since when is Halloween associated with "the holidays"?? Even from an American perspective, I don't think Halloween exactly fits with Thanksgiving and Christmas. PS: CDN Thanksgiving is superior because the fall colours don't clash with Halloween.

In MAGA, parental estrangement is a big issue — and parents are held out as blameless victims. I suspect that's one reason why Vivek Ramaswamy ran an ad celebrating Amy Acton's vile mother. And why MAGA — including Vance and Trump — are backing him. www.salon.com/2026/10/23/r...

What's that you say? A UK study aimed at proving that ADHD and autism are over-diagnosed actually found that we are still under-diagnosing both, and lack access to assessments remains a huge barrier to support? What a shocking and unexpected conclusion! www.politicsuk.com/p/fonagy-rev...
