It's funny, isn't it? And that time inflated by Turang and Sal each seeing five pitches. Timing it from the pitch Turang hit to Mitchell scoring the seventh run is only 1:49!

There have been 38 teams in the World Series since pitch tracking began in 2008. The 2026 Brewers have the 5th-best contact%, at 81.5%. Very good. (.. the 2026 Rays have the 2nd-best contact%, at 82.8%. They're hitting .187/.237/.264)

Chris Hook on Brandon Woodruff pitching in the World Series: "I don’t think we can clap enough or say enough or do enough to give him enough applause for what he’s brought to his organization."

The Brewers are the 7th team to win each of the first 3 games of a World Series while hitting just one home run, joining: 2007 Red Sox 1950 Yankees 1937 Yankees 1927 Yankees 1914 Braves 1910 Athletics

via @stathead.com, throughout 122 years of world series history there have been two games in which a team scored 10+ runs and allowed 3 or fewer hits. both were the brewers (tonight and 1982 game 1)

The Milwaukee Brewers are one win away from securing their first World Series title. They have won 10 of 11 games this postseason and outscored their opponents 52 to 28. Domination.

I know I keep saying it but it is literally impossible for me to wrap my head around the fact that the Milwaukee Brewers are one win from a World Series championship

The Brewers hadn't scored more than 7 runs in a playoff game since Game 1 of *last year's* NLDS. They've scored seven runs since Dan Bellino called Christian Yelich out at second base to end the inning that's still ongoing.

Brandon Woodruff just walked to the bullpen mound and is getting loose. I repeat: Brandon Woodruff just walked to the bullpen mound and is getting loose.

They ran out of Journal Sentinel views during the Dodgers series and can’t steal Curt’s work anymore

Is it too much to ask for one or two good baseball stories in a 10-0 game?

The series is not fixed. That’s ridiculous. Show me one thing that would justify you saying it’s fixed. Like show me the ball bouncing in Tampa off a sign for the Wisconsin-based fast food chain, Culver’s

Jackson Chourio and Robert Gasser took the field in Game 3 of the World Series and performed feats that had last been achieved by Ty Cobb and, from a lefty, Sandy Koufax. Ty Cobb and Sandy Koufax.

In retrospect that entire 8-runs-with-two-outs inning was because Caminero went the short route to 2nd instead of throwing to first and getting the slow-footed William Contreras

The Brewers are the first team to face the minimum through seven innings of a World Series game since Don Larsen's perfect game in 1956, per Elias Sports Bureau.

Robert Gasser is only the third Brewers pitcher to toss 6+ shutout innings in a postseason game ever. He's the second to do it in the World Series, joining Mike Caldwell, who shut out the Cardinals in Game 1 of the 1982 Classic.

The Milwaukee Brewers chased just 26% of pitches thrown by Freddy Peralta. They forced him into the strike zone, and took their walks when he refused to cooperate . Constant pressure, and in the end, that pressure valve exploded

At 22 years & 229 days, Jackson Chourio is the 2nd-youngest player in World Series history with 4 hits and a SB in a game, behind Ty Cobb in 1908 G3 (21y 299d) He’s the youngest player with a 4-hit WS game since Joe Garagiola in 1946 G4 (20y 240d)

Some of the Brewers bullpen members are coming down the dugout to watch the offense hit, then going back down to the 'pen for the bottom of the inning. Also: Brandon Woodruff just walked in the reverse path to the bullpen.

I want to be clear on this: I am very much on the “Get Brandon Woodruff a World Series appearance” train
