It has been amazing to see the worldwide mourning over Dolly Parton's death and I, believe, fitting for such a talented, beautiful, and generous soul. What I find sad, however, is the number of people who believe it is their right to tell others how they are allowed to express their grief.

Some even feel that it is their role to determine who gets to grieve and who doesn't. While I, too, am skeptical of the sincerity of those who actively work against what Dolly championed, it is not my or anyone's right to judge. That is what Dolly said and I agree with her.
