How many resources were spent and lives placed in danger to rightfully save the life one American pilot, yet that same government is looking to cutoff life-saving medical care to hundreds of 1000s, if not millions of vulnerable people?

One of the causes of this current mess is that people do not take time to understand the issues, deferring to lazily scrolling social media and influenced by whoever screams the loudest. I see it everywhere, including friends of mine who I consider to be very smart.

Fines?!?! So the shareholders pay the consequences and not the responsible individuals? That is not justice. This was criminal and those responsible should be banned from ever working in aerospace ever in their lives but jail was warranted for manslaughter.

Disgusting and inhumane. SNAP waivers are used to run promotions for SNAP recipients all the time. Just like @johnpfaff.bsky.social says below, "this enforcement is a CHOICE"

In a way, one could argue that Trump is doing what the 9/11 terrorists were not able to do: destroy and deface the home of America. A home that belongs to ALL citizens, not him.

Don't agree with Mark here. If the average Trump voter doesn't believe that being a convicted felon that tried to overturn an election disqualifies him from being president, nothing will. They'll just think, "Biden, wokes, Dems, illegal aliens, foreigners, LGBTQ, Hillary, etc." are to blame.
